Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking a transfer with Malaga Crown Transfers, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our service provides private airport transfers between Malaga Airport and destinations throughout Costa del Sol and surrounding areas.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email
• A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us
• Please ensure all booking details are accurate, including flight numbers, pickup times, and addresses
• For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust for delays at no extra cost

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are fixed and quoted in Euros (€)
• Prices include VAT, fuel, tolls, and parking fees
• Payment is made directly to the driver upon completion of the transfer
• We accept cash and major credit/debit cards
• No deposit is required for standard bookings

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before pickup
• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% of the fare may apply
• No-show: Full fare applies
• Cancellations must be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or phone

5. Modifications

You may modify your booking details (time, destination, etc.) free of charge, subject to availability, if communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Changes to destination may result in a price adjustment.

6. Waiting Time

• Airport pickups: Unlimited free waiting time (we monitor your flight)
• Hotel/address pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled time
• Additional waiting time may be charged at €20 per 30 minutes

7. Luggage and Child Seats

• Standard luggage is included (1 suitcase + 1 hand luggage per passenger)
• For excess or oversized luggage, please inform us in advance
• Child seats and booster seats are provided free of charge upon request
• Please specify requirements when booking

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. The driver reserves the right to terminate the journey without refund if passengers behave in a dangerous or offensive manner.

9. Liability

• All vehicles are fully insured for passenger safety
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of passengers
• Any items left in the vehicle should be reported immediately

10. Disputes

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
